Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes! We love to travel and love destination weddings. We have experience in this field and would love to be part of your love story somewhere amazing! We will help you with logistics and advice to take some of the stress off your shoulders! Send us a message and talk about how we can make this happen for you.
Will there be a second shooter?
If you have selected a second shooter for your wedding/event package yes, one will be vetted by us and present on your wedding day.
A second shooter is not included in our base packages but it is available as an add on. Think about if you need a second shooter for your wedding. Consider if you would like groom getting ready photos, and different angles on your wedding day i.e. his reaction when he first sees you and you walking in. I love to capture it all, however, one person can only be in one place at one time. A second shooter provides you with additional images and angles from your day.
When a second shooter is chosen, all editing and client relations go through me. You will be getting the same level of professionalism and quality in your end photographs/film.
We carefully choose our second shooters to be of the same level of professionalism, creativity and warmth we are associated with.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
We are sometimes asked to extend the session the day of due to delays or wanting extra moments captured. We cannot assure we can extend the time the day of, as we are already booked for other commissions and have prior commitments to other clients. However, sometimes we can add an hour or two to capture important moments upon our discretion. However, I strongly suggest adding extra hours ahead of time, wow will try to accommodate the best possible, however we cannot guarantee we can stay longer the day of.
What kind of gear do you use?
We use mostly Canon because we are used to the settings and are partial to the color science they offer. We do have Nikon gear as well, and for video we use Black Magic cameras.
Our equipment is professional level and we work with multiple cameras at the same time that have dual card slots as a backup method to ensure the quality of our work, and the protection of your images.
Do I have to order prints through you?
While we recommend you order prints, canvas, metallic prints, acrylic and albums through us to ensure the highest quality, color matching, and ease for you, your photos are completely yours. We never watermark them or prevent you from accessing the highest resolution photos. They are your photos and you should enjoy them. Definitely recommend that you print your photos wether it is through us or another party.
What do I need to book?
We just need a signed contract and 25% deposit to book.
This 25% is part of your total balance. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. This is because we are holding out a date for you and turning away any other clients or business. This deposit also helps cover all client communications, meetings and resources that we share with you. While the deposit is not refundable, it is transferable. Meaning, you could use it for anything else, or give it as a gift to someone else for up to 6 months after the cancellation date.
Do you offer albums?
Yes, we offer a variety of Fine Art wedding albums with leather or linen covers and museum grade paper that lasts over 100 years. Sizes start at 10"x10" and pricing starts at $700.
